The clamp type check valve is a universal one-way fluid valve. It is lightweight, small in size, and easy to install between flanges. The valve is composed of two semi-circular springs and a plate surface inside, which are fixed on the valve body with pins. The spring deformation causes the valve plate to close, and the fluid pressure causes the opening spring to deform quickly, which can protect the pipeline from water hammer damage.

The disc stroke of the clamp check valve is short, the disc is lightweight, and it has spring assisted closing, resulting in a fast closing speed. The structural length is short, the volume is small, the weight is light, the fluid resistance is small, the sealing is reliable, the opening and closing are stable, wear-resistant, the service life is long, the oil pressure and slow closing are not affected by the medium, and have good energy-saving effects. It brings great convenience to the installation, handling, storage, and pipeline layout of valves, and can save a lot of materials and reduce costs.

Installation precautions for clamp type check valves

1. When placing pipelines, attention should be paid to ensuring that the direction of passage of the clamp type check valve is consistent with the flow direction of the fluid;

2. Installed in vertically placed pipelines, for horizontally placed pipelines, vertically place clamp type check valves;

3. Use an expansion pipe between the clamp type check valve and butterfly valve, and never directly connect it to other valves;

4. Within the operating radius of the valve plate, avoid adding pipe joints and blockages;

5. Do not install a variable diameter pipe in front or behind the clamp type check valve;

6. When installing a clamp type check valve near the elbow, it is important to leave sufficient space;

7. When installing a clamp type check valve at the outlet of the water pump, at least six times the diameter of the valve should flow out to ensure that the butterfly plate is finally subjected to fluid action.


The H71H and H71W clamp lift check valves use a new type of material, which is corrosion-resistant stainless steel or carbon steel.
