The two-piece ball valve consists of two parts, and its sealing effect is better than that of the integrated ball valve. The diameter of the ball is the same as that of the pipeline, making it easier to disassemble than an integrated ball valve.

2. Pressure difference
The pressure resistance of the three piece ball valve is much higher than that of the one piece and two piece ball valves. The outer side of the three piece ball valve is fixed with four bolts, which provides a good fastening effect. The pressure of precision cast valve body can reach 1000psi ≈ 6.9MPa, and higher pressure requires forging the valve body.

3. Cost variance
Integrated ball valves have the same purpose as wide ball valves because they have fewer main materials and lower costs compared to the other two. Two piece ball valves are more expensive than one piece ball valves, while three piece ball valves can withstand higher pressures. The valve body is composed of three parts, with a higher material than the other two parts, so it has the highest cost and the most expensive price.
